Army Veteran and renowned as the visionary CEO and Founder of Vic’s Motohaus, Vic has carved an incredible mark in the world of motorcycle customization, innovation, and design. With a passion for motorcycles and a keen eye for engineering excellence, Victor embarked on his journey to revolutionize the industry in 2019.
Vic received a BA in Public Relations, Broadcasting, and Film from the University of Texas in Arlington, Texas and an AA in Speech Communication from Tarrant County College. In 2024 he received a certification in Motorcycle Technology from Dallas County College.
Taylor Painter, the founder and driving force behind Tapthouse Motocross Park in Malakoff, Texas, has established himself as a passionate advocate for motocross enthusiasts and outdoor recreation. Born from Taylor’s lifelong passion for motorsports and his entrepreneurial spirit, Tapthouse Motocross Park has become a premier destination for riders seeking exhilarating experiences, training and community camaraderie for all ages.
Amanda has been a client focused event coordinator/photographer and office manager for 15 plus years. Her experience with client relations, office management, special events photography and vendor coordination has made it possible to develop and elevate events and marketing strategies. Skilled in budgeting, vendor negotiation, and creative problem solving, with a keen eye for detail and passion for creating memorable experiences.
Adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring seamless execution to each and every event. Amanda will bring all of her years of experience and lessons learned to ensure all elements of an event come together smoothly.
With a lifelong passion for hospitality, Josiah Salyer has spent his career cultivating excellence both in the kitchen and as an entrepreneur. He brings a unique blend of culinary expertise and professionalism to every endeavor.
Josiah’s journey began as a chef, where he honed his skills and creativity in fast-paced culinary environments. After gaining valuable experience in renowned restaurants such as Commander’s Palace in LA and Charlie Trotter’s in Chicago, and taking on various roles such as Executive Chef and participating in restaurant development projects, he decided to embark on his own entrepreneurial path. For the past six years, Josiah has successfully run a personal chef business in the DFW metroplex, catering to a diverse clientele and creating unforgettable dining experiences.
Not content with just building his own business, Josiah has also made it his mission to empower and inspire other chefs. Through his mentorship program, he has trained dozens of aspiring chefs, guiding them on their path to entrepreneurship. His dedication and mentorship have helped these chefs navigate the challenges of starting their own ventures and achieve their culinary dreams.

My expertise spans multiple cuisines, and my true passion lies in inspiring and mentoring the next generation of chefs while bringing joy to everyone who experiences my culinary creations.

Founded in 2015, TVC provides a range of services, including surface renovation, equipment fabrication and sales, and event management for various motorsport venues. They cater to drag strips, road courses, and other racing facilities, offering equipment rentals, technical writing, graphic design, and trade show management. TVC serves notable clients, including the National Muscle Car Association (NMCA), National Mustang Racers Association (NMRA), and the Outlaw Diesel Super Series (ODSS). Jacob & Hefner Associates, Inc. (JHA) is a civil engineering, land surveying, and environmental services firm with offices in Illinois, California, Georgia, Texas, and Washington.
JHA’s civil engineering and land surveying divisions were established in 1996 by Jeff Jacob and John Hefner. JHA expanded to California in 2006 with the opening of JHA Environmental, Inc. Expansion has continued with the addition of Environmental Services in Illinois in 2013, the opening of JHA Remediation, LLC in California in 2014, the opening of the Atlanta, Georgia and Seattle, Washington offices in 2018, and opening the Dallas Texas office in 2019
Stephanie brings 20 years of civil engineering experience and has focused her talents on various site development project types. Some projects of note include the Virgin Hotel located in the Dallas Design District and the East Quarter Re-Development on the east side of Downtown Dallas. Her accolades include 2010 Building Design + Construction’s ’40 under 40,’ 2014 Alumni of the Associate Leadership Class (ALC) with The Real Estate Council (TREC), ALC Steering Committee Member, Board Member of the ACE Mentor Program of DFW and 2019 Alumni of the Fellowship of Executive Leaders program with TREC.
