The track was then sold to Michael Adcock in 2021. Blackland Xtreme Motorpark is looking to purchase the property and transform the property into the ultimate motorsports park for enthusiasts and families. Our goal is to design the property into:

- Tapthouse Motocross and SXS Park
- Blackland Xtreme Motorsports Pro Shop
- Blackland RV & Car Condos
- Texas Icehouse 1913 Restaurant & Entertainment Venue
