Blackland Xtreme Motorpark is a 101-acre multi-track park that is located just 40 miles from Dallas, Texas in Caddo Mills, Texas. The focus of this amateur and professional motorpark is:

Vic's Motohaus Pro Shop

Vic’s Motohaus Pro Shop @ BXM

From the second a customer enter the gates, they will experience a totally new kind of motorsports and high performance sportsbike experience. Customers will be encouraged to sit on and tryout the vehicles in the Pro Shop. There is going to be an extensive amount of inventory and bikes throughout the entire store.

This is not going to be the typical modern-day trend of selling to the average street rider. Vic’s Motohaus Pro Shop will be the type of dealership that offers professional products and services designed for off–road and racing enthusiasts.

The Pro Shop will offer major brands and their products, which are Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki/Kawasaki, and KTM/Thumpstar. There will also be a selection available of sport motorcycles and SXS’s available for purchase.

Tapthouse MX/SXS Tracks

Tapthouse will have two on–site motocross tracks, one of which will be the main race track, with another small one in front for training, kids, and beginners. Customers will be able to purchase motocross bikes and actually ride and tune their bikes

The motocross side will also include a Side-by-Side track for training and racing. SXS vehicles are 4 wheel offroad vehicles that are highly popular in Texas and surrounding states.

There will also be riding lessons and advanced training available for those interested. These courses will encourage safety and responsibility for new riders along with teaching them the skills that are necessary to be a good rider. The advanced classes will be more focused on racing which will teach important speed techniques and riding styles to improve riders for racing. Along with this there will also be special clinics at times throughout the year that will be taught by past racing legends and current stars of the sport today.

Texas Ice House 1913

Texas Icehouse 1913 at BXM is an extension of the Texas Icehouse restaurant we are opening in Dallas, Texas in Deep Ellum. The location will provide concession services to the park while hosting entertainment to visitors and racers. The building will include two bars and views of the motorpark.

The Texas Icehouse 1913 will be ran by Chef Josiah Salyer of Chef at your Service. The venue will host live music and the taste of American Classic foods.

Blackland RV Resort

The proposed 150-spot RV park at Blackland Xtreme Raceway is designed to enhance the overall experience for visitors and participants at our premier racing venue. This project aims to provide convenient and comfortable accommodations for race fans, participants, and event attendees, offering a unique opportunity to stay close to the action.

The RV park will feature modern amenities, including full utility hookups (electricity, water, and sewage), restrooms, showers, and recreational areas. With easy access to the raceway and nearby attractions, the park will cater to a diverse audience, from RV enthusiasts and families to racing teams and spectators.

This development is expected to increase event attendance and duration of stays, providing a new revenue stream for the raceway. The RV park will also enhance the facility’s appeal for hosting larger events and races, potentially drawing more significant crowds and fostering a vibrant community around Blackland Xtreme Raceway.
